COMPANY HISTORY
Ms. Johnson founded Tenacity Academy during the challenging COVID-19 era, after losing all of her Airbnb accounts during quarantine. Faced with uncertainty, she tapped into her expertise in the cleaning industry to create a new source of income. Initially, her goal was to help small cleaning business owners by offering online courses and selling digital forms.
But Ms. Johnson soon realized that some people craved more than just online content—they needed in-person support and guidance. So, she decided to host her very first workshop, expecting a small turnout. To her surprise, around 15 people attended, and the event was a resounding success. Attendees took the information she shared and immediately applied it, generating income and seeing real results.
Thanks to word-of-mouth, a second event was quickly organized a few months later, and it attracted even more attendees.
As Ms. Johnson and her partner Tameka continued to see the impact of their work, they fell in love with teaching others how to grow their cleaning businesses. Watching their students succeed and thrive in their communities made it clear to Ms. Johnson that this wasn’t just a side hustle to make ends meet—it was a powerful movement. This is when Tenacity Cleaning Business Academy was born: a platform dedicated to empowering cleaning business owners to achieve lasting success.

Katrina Johnson is the owner of Tenacity Clean LLC, a five-star cleaning company based out of Savannah Ga.She is also a cleaning business coach. She has coached many of her students from 0 to 6 figures.
She quickly grew her cleaning business to over a half a million in revenue by outsourcing work to independent contractors and was able to move her family out of the projects and into the suburbs. Growing a cleaning business provided her with extra time to do the thing she really enjoys doing, like teaching others how she did it. Tenacity Academy was born.
Ms. Johnson’s enthusiasm and success mindset are infectious, and her results have been well-documented. Most important to her, however, is how her teachings help, inspire, and empower others. Professionally, that’s what she lives for.
